This gym used to be a great boutique gym but has been taken over by a chain. Since the Lifetime takeover, its been nothing but rate hikes, less service, poor communication and construction. To make matters worse, all of these ""improvements"" are being done to make this location mimic all the other lifetimes - so it went from a private club feel to a mass market cookie cutter. No more individual TVs in the cardio room - now you have to look up on a wall of TVs and hope one is on the right channel. Plus, to get sound you have to bring a walkman. Leave your IPOD at home, this antiquated set up requires you to use the radio to tune in to TV channels. Worse, they dumped all the precor equipment and there are no more elipticals at all. Only a couple stairsteppers and everything else is the machine you have to put your foot in and glide. The basketball courts, pool and express lockers are gone. Rumors are that complimentary coffee is on its way out and a rate hike is on its way in. This gym has gone corporate. If you liked the old place becasue of the club atmosphere, you probably already moved on.
Pros: Nice trainers
Cons: Cheap profit driven takeover made boutique a cookie cutter
