She is so impressive when you first meet her. I wish i was impressed with her handling of my case. I have spoken to other attorneys regarding her efforts and although they are quick not to criticize her work, they have pointed out deficiencies or where they would have approached the challenges in my case differently. At this point I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. i don't have the money to change attorneys. I do not recommend her. more

I have never been so frustrated with trying to get ahold of someone and get answers in all of my life. Like so many others have said, this woman never calls you back or answers your questions. I wonder if they just sit in their office and laugh at the frustration they cause their clients. Where is this woman...I can't even call her a lawyer, because she hasn't done much of what a lawyer would do...counsel their clients or answer questions. Believe me as well, she will overcharge you for a simple divorce. Stay away from this place, they really don't do their job. I don't see how they could live with themselves after ignoring their clients. She would get 0 stars if I could give that. more

Like some of the previous reviewers, it's true that Holli has a nice disposition when you initially meet her or when you have to actually have face to face contact with her. Other than that, you'll never have any communication with her. Her office will not inform you of what's going on. If you call and leave messages, you will not get a return phone call. I guess my assumption that lawyers are supposed to counsel you and explain the processes of your case is wrong, especially when it comes to this attorney. They won't contact you when you have questions, but they definitely will send you invoices when it's obvious they've done hardly anything to help your case. My case was a "cake walk" as some other attorneys have put it and would have required less than half of the retainer fee that I was charged. My mediation was one of the shortest ever (this was even denoted by the mediator herself), yet and still I am being charged additional fees. For anyone seeking legal representation, avoid this office....or you'll be left highly upset...as can be seen in the majority of the other reviews. I only wish that I had seen this before hiring her. more

Ms. Palmer as well as her staff are unorganized at best. Phone calls and emails are not returned. Resetting dates with the courts has been horrible. I wish I had done more research before hiring her, however I will make sure not to recommend her to anyone. Our case is still ongoing after 3 years, and have only managed to get to court once. Also I dread the day we actually get an invoice cause never once in 3 years have we recieved any. more

I was very surpsied to find these reviews. Holli just finished my divorce, and i am more than happy with the results. They got my divorce done quickly, and with no surprises. more

I wish I had read these reviews before I hired Holli. Although she seems like a nice person, I was constantly frustrated by the noncommunicative dealings of Holli and her staff. Other than the initial meeting when I hired her, and the mediation, my attempts to contact her and get some sort of guidance or counsel were fruitless. She was never available, did not return calls, gave no decisive advice. I may as well have been representing myself! more

If you want an attorney who will only speak with you while in court and during your initial consult; who, while very pleasant when answering the office phone, will ignore all your efforts of communication; who refuses to answer any and all of your questions; who, after 4 months of court still hasn't sent you your temporary orders; who, on her own without consulting you decides she's not going to call any witnesses on your behalf; who is not going to get your temporary orders correctly written and will not revise them before 48 hours is up even though you told her revisions need to be made, well, then this is the attorney for you. Btw, I gave 1 star because it won't let me give 0 stars more

I hired Ms. Palmer to represent me in my divorce as she was highly recommended by an acquaintance who had used her in the past. However, I am very dissappointed in the service I have received thus far. Ms. Palmer got off to a great start but after mediation neither she nor her staff has returned my emails or phone calls inquiring as to the status of my case. Each time I call I am told that she is not available, nor is her assistant, Victoria Ortegon. The nice receptionist promises to deliver my message but my attempts are communication are largely ignored. I am very frustrated by the situation and feel others who might be contemplating hiring her should be aware of my plight and look for an attorney who has more time to devote to their case. more

I recently worked with Holli on my divorce. She is easy to work with, very thorough and can get things done!! She was fair on her pricing and was a pleasure to work with. She made a difficult time more bearable and was more than willing to answer any and all questions. more
