I Started taking my Jeep to Larry Miller Kia because they seem to service my car better and faster and do a better job then other dealerships. I was treated fairly and honestly and felt like I knew exactly what was going to be done to my car before I left. I felt like they really cared about their customers. They seemed to bend over backwards for me. I was very happy with all work done to my car, and will continue to allow Larry Miller Kia to service all of my familys cars.......... more

Bought several cars from them over past 5 years...04 GTI 1.8T (certified/3K) and most recent 08 Jetta SE (certified/49k). Sales staff were always direct and easy to deal with. They always let me use the internet to view prices on cars at other dealers or on blue book. I viewed other reviews that indicated negative issues, but this has not been the case for me. 04 GTI has been serviced by them since 05 except for some oil changes I do myself. Service department prices are now competitive with private shops...not always the case in the past. They always did a great job on service and estimates. My only compliant in the past (before it was switched to Larry Miller) was that the service department would sometimes say that we needed to get it serviced here to ensure warranty and extended warranty would be honored....not true and not very professional to say. Unfortunately I went to competing dealership that also sells Kias and I was not treated so well. The sales person that I had met at the "other" dealership was your stereotype car salesman that had every trick up his sleeve to get me into a car that day no matter how it affected my finances. I was so disgusted with my experience there that I even complained to the manager. The manager did not even seem to care. \r \r Needless to say when I showed up at Osborn Automotive I was already disgruntled and unhappy with my previous experience, so I was not in the best of moods really and the last thing on earth that I wanted to do was to be bullied around by yet another salesperson at another dealership. \r \r When I arrived at the Osborn Automotive lot I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who introduced themselves, and I thought,"Oh man, here we go again." I had done a lot of research on my new Jetta before going out to a dealership, and probably the best and most informative website was as well as their other website for Volkswagen (unfortunately I am not allowed to mention their website here, citysearch won't let me, you will have to find their website on your own). Anyway, I had read all of the reviews which seems somewhat mixed at this time, and decided that I would just go and check them out for myself.\r \r I had talked with a salesperson before going down to the dealership about a specific model, I had asked him price, etc. When I got in to see Chris, he had the car waiting for me. We hopped in and took a test drive right away. He did not ask me to fill out unnecessary paperwork, etc to see if I qualified for the vehicle. He told me that he wanted to make certain I like the vehicle first. \r \r I fell in love with the car, but I told him that I wanted to make certain that I was getting the best deal. I went out and searched Craigslist, autotrader, etc. Although this was not absolutely the lowest priced Jetta, it was $50.00 more than the cheapest I had found which was out of state. I went back to Chris and I told him that I was ready to buy the vehicle. Unfortunately he had sold the car to another couple while I was shopping, but instead of just letting it go, he got on the phone right away and found the same Jetta at another dealerhip for me. He told me that he could have it ready for me in about an hour if I wanted to come back. \r \r I came back in an hour and the vehicle was there waiting for me. After we completed the nogotiation process and went close on the financing, everything came back just the way Chris told me that it would. Everything went extremely well, I would recommend anyone go to this dealership if they are looking at buying a new or used Volkswagen. My experience with Osborn Autmotive was very pleasant. I have not bought a car with them yet but feel I will this fall. I didn't buy because the salesman actually talked me out of purchasing right now, I was shocked!\r I like their huge selection of new KIA's. I would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a Volkswagen (or Kia). I have purchased many cars and have visited many dealerships over the years, and this one, BY FAR, is superior to the others. I received excellent customer service from the receptionist, to my salesman, Tom Galvin, and the sales manager. Tom listened to what I was looking for and showed my appropriate cars. After we negotiated price, there were no surprises in the finance office, like there are at some dealerships. I was treated very well and would definitely go back. more

A week after scheduling an oil change, still no word from Osborn VW garage. I called Osborn to get information - could only get voicemail at VW garage, so I contacted the switchboard operator, who was very unpleasant and unaccommodating (keep in mind, I was just trying to determine the STATUS of my vehicle (versus asking why it took a week for an oil change, which was certainly within my right). I drove over to Osborn, received more nasty treatment from the front desk. Found out that the garage lost my maintenance appointment and hadn't done a thing to my vehicle. Osborn said they called my phone but I had never received any calls or messages from them. They then indirectly accused me of lying to them. I said I would take my vehicle with me, at which point they couldn't find the keys to my car (waited 10 minutes while they located keys). Onn the way to another garage, I determined that the windshield wipers no longer worked - they worked fine when I brought the vehicle to Osborn.\r \r In summary, my experience with Osborn Automotive customer service was so bad that we removed our vehicle from their lot before they had a chance to work on it. Their costomer service reps were surly and clueless on phone and in person. I would never trust these people with anything - a purchase, a repair, or anything else.
