I met the new manager and owner. They are a vast improvement and I liked the location of the property. I guess the new manager doesn't start full-time until March 15th or so. Pros: The new owner and manager are great Cons: Still in transistion more

To the owners of these apts PLEASE! stop hiring managers who don't care about your tenants. My neice live in the lake june village apts she have only lived over there for a few months and already her lights have been disturbed the latest incident was on 2/17,2010 she found her lights where out she paid her bill so she talked with the manager Tina and got no help she was really rude with her saying that it was on Oncor because she had her maintenance man check the breakers and had her husband the electrician check things out and told her she will be evicted for not paying her bill which she did pay, Oncor came out and said her meter was stolen but Tina said she checked the meter which obviously wasn't there if it had been stolen and continually to threaten her with an eviction without trying to see what's really going on she lied to her and told her she talked with Oncor about the situation and said Oncor turned lights off because of a non-payment which she lied about that. Tina will not return my call but she will return my neice call with nothing but negative things to say. She has small children and need her lights and her food is going to go bad truly I think it's that apartment but she will not talk to anyone in a professional manner she's the rudest person I have ever dealt with EVER! That's what happen when you give a person just a little authority they don't care about anyone but themselves. So I will continue to warn everybody not to move in these apts. If I have to post signs everywhere until they look at the people they hire as managers. Pros: NEVER MOVE IN THESE APTS Cons: APTS MANAGERS ARE UNCOOPERATE AND RUDE! more

I hate thses apartments. The manager is very lazy won't fix anything. I stay in these apartments for three years an never had my carpet change or even my walls painted. I had mode coming own my walls and my air vents. I even had small children in the apartment wit hme everysingle day. The manager sent my friend to jail for no reason. An don't let me get start own the tenats that stay around you. They are loud and will lie to the manager a bout you. Cons: Bad apartments more

These apartments are horrible plain and simple they are disgusting delapitated and not even fit for rodents to live in, the crime is awful and I am not just saying that because they are low income there are many nice low income apartments the manager is rude and just flat out doesn't give a care...when you fwalk into the apartments the first thing you notice are absurd amounts of bird waste and trash basically these apartments where supposed to be condemend along time ago but instead they move registerd S** offenders in and all kinds of others rift raft straight out of prison...please if you have any kind of morals don't move into these apartments Cons: anything negative you could possibley think of more
