Wow. My name is Kevin McGinnis and I was referred to this Shell station for car repairs by my co-worker. I have never met such an honest, straight forward, professional mechanic. I was quoted a price by Firestone and this place did the work for a fraction of the cost. Can't tell you how much I appreciate the honesty. I cannot say enough good things about this place or the owner. I will definitely go back to this Shell station!! more

Overrated Service Station 3/10/2009

I have been trying for three days to get the owner to return my call concerning a battery purchased at his store and the owner, Sam, will not return my call. The station charged $141 for a battery and you would think they would return a call. I would not use this Shell service station again or recommend it to anyone on the corner of Kirby and Holcombe. Pros: Close Cons: Not good business people more

Bad mechenics 3/10/2008

I went for the state inpection and was told that the brake pads had to be replaced. However, they can not get brake pads replaced properly even for 3 trips. The brake made a lot of noise after my first trip. It became very insensitive after my second visit, although the noise is reduced. Nothing changed better after the third trip.
