Don't rely on the online special instructions option 8/19/2010

I thought I would try a different florist simply because it was located closer to where I needed the arrangement delivered and I needed an early morning delivery time. When I ordered online, under the special instructions option, I requested that the arrangement be delivered as early as possible in the morning. On the delivery date I phoned to confirm the arrangement had been delivered and I was told that it would arrive after 12:30. Either the online special instructions option is ignored or they couldn't actually make this happen or they just didn't care. Regardless of which situation may have happened, a call to me to let me know that this wasn't possible would have been appreciated. I am very disappointed and will probably not use this florist again. more

Reasonably priced florist 7/23/2005

Joy's flowers makes magnificent arrangements and their prices are very reasonable. They always offer a large variety of arrangements each season and we love to go pick out arrangements to use for our tabletops and centerpieces during the holidays. They also sell beautiful Christmas decorations for your home during the holiday season. more
