Well, we did end up making a purchase. Can't say it was a fun experience though. When I bought my MINI it was 1 hour start to finish. This was three days and about 6 hours. I felt like my trade in was a joke, but the new Passat has been okay. Not wonderful, just okay. The service contract that I bought has been horrible though. Watch these, they seem like a good deal... the BMW sure was, but these people nickle and dime you and in the end you're not getting anything taken care of at all, it's just more headache.
