Reggie's is located conveniently at the intersection of North Druid Hills road and Briarcliff. It is a nice place to go for a haircut. It mostly caters to the African-American hair styles and hair types but me being an Asian, I had no problem in getting a haircut there. The staff is very friendly and the wait is never too long. Give Reggie's a try.

I have been to many liquor stores in my life but I'd have to say that Toco Giant is the best one I've ever been to. The place is massive and if they don't have the drink you are looking for, it is either illegal or it doesn't exist. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have some very exclusive, high priced items for the collectors and drinking fans. A great place to try some new drinks and learn more about liquor.

My friend actually interned here before he graduated from Emory and before he went to graduate school for architecture. He loved the company he told me. They are very intelligent people with a great client base and they are doing some very influential work in some buildings around the area. I believe they are just commerical designers but if you are buidling a home, maybe you could go to them for some ideas.

I went to this place a few times when Cactus Car Wash was too full or if I passed the early bird special that would have saved me a few bucks. Its not really close to anything as it's on the perimeter, but it's a pretty nice car wash. it's brushless so no damage to your car and it has a nice staff and equipment.

If you are sick of going to Supercuts for a cheap, fast, pretty average haircut, I recommend Cut Zoo. It is cheaper but also just about as fast and as average with the results. I had a tough time finding a great place for a haircut in Atlanta but Cut Zoo is a place I'd go back to even today.

Though no San Diego Zoo or Bronx Zoo, the Atlanta Zoo has fun for the whole family. There are many diverse animals at the park, though not as many as the two world-famous zoos. Still, your kids will learn a lot. If I were a parent, I'd take my kids to the kangaroo sanctuary in northern Georgia, as it is the largest population of kangaroos outside of Australia. Still this is a fun outing for the family.

Atlanta has many places to party like Buckhead, MIdtown, and Downtown but my favorite place has to be the HIghlands. It is a few blocks of old-fashioned buildings with bars and restaurants all bunched together which makes barhopping easy and fun. On a cool summer evening nothing is more enjoyable. Also, there are many ice cream and gelato stores around so make sure you stop by for a late night snack.

Underground Atlanta is about ten city blocks that have been converted into an underground mall with shops, dining, entertainment, and clubs. It is very unique and the stores there are not your run-of-the-mill stuff either, they are very rare and some interesting things can be found there. It's also great on a hot day, when you can be underground in the cool instead of walking around the streets baking windown shopping at other places.
