I used to fly delta a lot until they had that big mishap with comair and i was stuck for a week even though they would tell me that the flight was going out i'd drive all the way there almost board and then they would cancel it. I just dont trust them after that any more. And there prices have gone up considerabley

It was a very good experience for a first timer . They provided the best fair as compared to certain others when I booked with them for my India tickets in may this year. They deal in certain places in Europe as well. Ask for Ms. Mona, usually she is the one who answers the phone anyway.

An absolutely delightful experience. From the moment you check in, you actually feel like a 'guest,' rather than a customer. No detail is overlooked and the staff is extremely attentive to your needs without being cloying (a fine line in my book). A nightcap in the luxurious bar is the perfect way to top off a night on the town before retiring to the cocoon of comfort that is your room. The Four Seasons is a good Luxury Hotel. You get what you pay for.

I recently completed a trip to the Atlanta area and once there rented a car for my stay. I cannot even tell you how smoothly and wonderful the Hertz rental part went. Not only did they give us a better rate & car than we had reserved, they added a bonus Navigational System which, without it, we would have been so lost! The rep was helpful and sweet and we got to the shuttle minutes later. Never have I experienced such courtesy and professionalism when dealing with care rentals. Fabulous!! A++++!!!

I had never flown Air Tran before until last week, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had been looking for a cheaper flight to Atlanta, GA with no luck, as most fares were so costly. Finally, I located two flights thru Air Tran and thankfully, saved a bit of money. The flights were non stop, the staff courteous and friendly, and the ride mostly smooth and quick. No problems, and I definately will be going back again for my next flight. They also offer an awards program that rack up points for every flight you take with them. So an added perk! :)

Yes, this airport is huge. And yes, this airport is busy. But all things considered they accommodate pretty well. Not too many airports have employees offering rides to the gates on a golf cart and not too many are large enough that they have their own people-mover.
I've only had to transfer planes, so I've never made it outside the airport so I don't know about shuttles, car rentals, hotels in the area, etc. But I do recall that employees were helpful and it was easy to find my next gate.
