I have been a patient of Dr. Jessen for almost 20 years. He also takes care of all my kids, who are now grown. I trust him completely. I just had a cap put on a broken tooth. All in all it was a quick, painless fix. Not just the procedure, but the insurance billing and payment as well. The assistants, hygienists, and office staff are awesome too. They know more than most and are incredibly helpful.. more

After showing up for my appointment I was informed my insurance had been canceled because I was taking the quarter off. My only option was to get the service and spread it out over 3 months. $200 for a cleaning and exam that my insurance would pay for in 3 months when I was full time again. Instead of being able to reschedule it till then they charged me $75 for cancellation, WHILE I WAS STANDING AT THE FRONT DESK! If you like to be belittled and condescended by bitchy, mad-at-the-world receptionist/ hygenist this place is for you. I will NOT be back, and NOT paying the stupid fee. I drove from Whidbey Island for this appointment and paid for childcare for the day to make it. Seriously, how greedy and mean can one delight in being?! more

My husband, my two children and I have been going to Dr. Jessen's office for the past 20 years. We've been extremely pleased with the high quality of care we have always received. My daugher who is now 15 has only had one cavity and my son (12) has not had any cavities. They do brush and floss but I also credit the excellent care they've received from Dr. Jessen over the years. Pros: Excellent care for teeth Cons: Further drive than I would like more

I started seeing Dr. Jessen several months ago and have been very pleased with the quality of his work and his pleasant office staff. Both Karlyn and Ann have been extremely helpful and are always pleasant. Dr. Jessen was highly recommended to me by my sister who also couldn't say enough good things about his staff. I feel very fortunate to have found a dentist I know does excellent work and has a staff who makes feel comfortable and welcome. Pros: Friendly, efficient, makes you feel very comfortable Cons: None that I can think of more

I will never go back to this dentist again! The hygienists seem to lack basic social skills and needs to take a class in customer service 101. The hygienist I saw was incredibly rude and seemed to really dislike her job. more
