My wife and wanted to replace our refrigerator with a larger one and so we went to Jeffery’s to check out the selection – and what a selection. No one in Raleigh has that many refrigerators in stock and on display. After learning more about what we wanted and why, Andy and his team knew exactly which brands and models would work for us. As they showed us each model and gave us the pros and cons about each and their personal recommendations. I can’t say enough about the great team helping us pick just the right one and the price was more competitive than anyone else. The next day his delivery guys came out to install it. They made careful measurements on both the fridge and all the door openings in our house. They took great care not to damage the new fridge or our floors by hand carrying the fridge in the house. In addition, they told us care for fridge and how to keep it working for years to come. Who would have thought buying an appliance could be such fun. I know where we’ll be shopping from now on. Through a friend's recommendation, my wife and I decided to check out Jeffrey's Appliance Center for new kitchen appliances. We were remodeling our kitchen and we were in the market for a new range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. We met with a very knowledgable and friendly sales associate and also with the store owner. We received excellent advice, information, and recommendations so we could choose the best models for our needs/budget. Their pricing was second to none - even the big box stores couldn't compete. Their ""contract"" installer met us before our purchase was finalized to make sure our new appliances would fit OK. We had some tight squeezes due to the age of our old appliances and cabinetry. They also helped us coordinate with our countertop installers to insure that all went smoothly from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Jeffrey's to others and would definitely use them again personally for future needs! more

When I moved to town, some friends referred me to Jeffreys. I had a bad experience with chain stores and appliances, so I wanted a local store. My friends had purchased from Jeffreys for years. Later I found out that a builder we met used Jeffreys as well. We ordered an entire set of appliances. They delivered and installed them on time with no problem. There was a small dent in one piece that we discovered as the installers were leaving. We called the store and they ordered a replacement door. When it came in a service tech came out and put it on just as promised.\r I would definitely use them again. The salesman was very helpful and new a lot about appliances Pros: nice store -- lots of appliances on display more

WATCH OUT!!!\r Don't get suckered in to buying from this company. Yeah the prices may be great as they often partner w/ realtors but they don't know anythign when it comes to installation. Bougth a washer and dryer from them and had it installed by their ""professional"" installers ""yeah right"". We had not fully moved into our brand new house yet so we spent the night at our apt. and came back the next morning to find that water had been leaking all night and we now have a brand new house ruined. Got the store owner on the phone and he sent out his crew and sure enough the hoses were not properly tightend on the fittings and the leak proof washers were installed backwards in the hoses by Jeffrey's installers. WOW how great to work so hard to buy a brand new house and now have it ruined until the reconstruction company drys everything out and replaces it. All of this is of course being covered by Jeffrey's insurance as it is clearly their fault for not properly installing our washer. Buy from someone like BestBuy who when they installed my fridge connected the water line and then stayed around for about 10 minutes while the unit started up and ran and checked for leaks about 3-4 times. Jeffrey's obviously employs less than desirable so-called ""professionals"" to install their products and I personally will not buy from them again and will make sure that my realtor who is a personal friend of mine is aware of this situation so they may promptly remove Jeffrey's from their reccomended supplier list, and add a company that will properly take the time to install appliances. Pros: Decent prices on appliances Cons: Installers have no clue what they are doing more
