Peace Camera is probably Raleigh's best camera shop. They have a wide selection of new and used cameras in pretty much any format (digital, SLR, rangefinder, etc.) you can think of, and row after row and case upon case of accessories (flashes, cases, tripods, films, filters). I can also say from experience that you will be hard pressed to find a camera that someone in the store isn't familiar with, and if they can't fix it or find a part for you, they can direct you to someone who can. The prices are not Wal-Mart low, but then, you're dealing with a store full of people who actually know about cameras, a trade-off I'm perfectly willing to make. Service has varied from friendly to merely politely helpful the few times I've been-like any place that sells moderately to expensively priced electronic equipment, it helps to go in looking like you've got money eager to leap out of your pocket-but there's no snobbish attitude to put off amateurs, a problem at some specialty shops.

Time warner is who I usefor my internet service. The service is good, my internet is great...yay time warner. HOWEVER I'm not a TV watcher so I have chosen not to subscribe to their television services. This apparently irritates them, so they have decided to irritate the living hell out of me. I get a phone call once a week asking me if I would like digital cable, and a personal visit from a salesman at least every other week. I feel like they know I know their number, once Ive declined the service....30 times ,they should leave me alone.

Most of the customer service representatives know very little about Sprint policies. You will stand in line to have them give you best guesses.
I recently took advantage of the $150 mail in rebate for a new phone. The rebate was printed on the back of the receipt, yet somehow Sprint claimed they only received the rebate and no receipt. Turning over receipt shaped rebates is apparently beyond them! Long story short, I asked one of the reps in the store to fax over a copy of the receipt and it turned into a 3-month ordeal. My rebate sent in January was finally received in June.
