This was the worst experience getting my nails done ever! For the Acrylics they use are very cheap. I can see every groove from there filing and the just look cheap. The acrylic is very very thick and un-natural looking . I paid extra to have French manicure tips and it had little bubbles in the white part, I also paid extra to have a silver line and it’s not even it looks like a child did it. As the other review says they were very rough and my fingers actually hurt afterwards (this is not normal I get my nails done other places all the time) the underside (where the nail meets the skin) actually burned when I used germX. I Usually would complain and have them fix all the problems, but I was too busy trying to get my cousins that came with me fixed because hers were far far worse. If you value your nails and would like to have a presentable job done steer clear, I don’t know how they even got a license doing nails the way they do. I basically paid $33 to have my nails pulled from the skin and look awful stay away from Isis nails. I wish i could give them zero stars Pros: Absolutely Nothing Cons: Everything more

My friend and I got a mani and pedi there and we should have known from the first step in that this place is horrible, it was so philthy dirty and the tubs and utensils they used were not even cleaned before the last use!! Way to spread infectious diseases! On top of being the yuckyest place ever, the nail jobs were horrendous! A 5 YEAR OLD COULD HAVE DONE MY NAILS BETTER! They were sloppy and did a fast job didn't even care to make your nails look good, the paint was all over my skin and the girl didn't eve try to put nail polish all over my nail!!!!! She left the sides without nailpolish! I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING! more

I arrived at the mall an hour and half before ISIS closed. I requested a full set of aclyrics. The male doing nails informed me to return in half an hour. I decided to wait. I overheard the female in the back room telling another customer that her toe nails were dry-they werent. The customer complained-the male stated he coudnt return her $ but that he would do her nails for free. The female then sat at the second chair and offered to do my nails. I informed her that there was another customer ahead of me. She started her nails. I then waited a good half an hour. The male brought the business signs inside and started to "close up shop" i then inquired with the female as to if she had time to do my nails. AFTER making me wait a good fourty minutes she said i'd have to return tomorrow. Not only was I unable to get my nails done-I wasted a good hour out of my night and when inquiring about their makeup upon my departure-the only face treatment I was interested in was EXPIRED! Waste of time, lack of service, lack of supplies and apparently lack of knowledge!!! I would never suggest this supposed "salon'" to anyone let alone return. I'm completely disqusted with their apparent disregard for professionalism! Pros: THUMBS WAY DOWN more
