I have gone there many years and they are the most wonderful people ever! Ashleigh is very helpful and loves everyone! Master White is a great teacher. You learn many many things. This isn't one of those dorky pretend martial arts schools. This is the real thing! I would recommend this place to any interested in martial arts!!!!!!!! Pros: Best People Ever! Cons: N/A more

I am taking a MMA class they offer on Tuesday and Thursdays from 8pm to 9:30pm. It is really great. The first 30 min is conditioning, it is hard but a great workout! The rest of the time you are split into groups learning different types of martial arts. It is not only great training it's a great workout! The first week is free so come and try it, you'll love it! The school is great. Even though i stopped at green belt its awesome! Master White is the nicest master you'll ever meet. One of the instructers gave me a nick name and it is Monkey Boy.They teach you grappleing, hapkido,kendo,kicks,and different types of punches. Sometimes they have sleep overs and watergun day. Watergun day is held at a dog and play park near by.They have tournaments so you might have to travel for a tournaments. They have test which is to see if you are worthy to move on to the next belt. If you want to pass the test,move on and get your next belt,you have to entend sparing,come in uniform,make great grades, AND YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR BELT FORM. Nathen and Alex are one of the best instructers ever. Master White,Alex,and Nathen are very good at leading the class and helping out. One time a lady had a sezire at the school. And Nathen and Master White were the ones who helped her and the ones who called 911. While the ambulence were out side, Alex stalled so we wont look at what was happening. You'll have the work out and karete skills of your life. more

Master White and his instructors are awesome. They have the ability and patience to turn an ordinary person into a great martial artist. The trophies and medals say it all. I started going there to take my kids, and then I decided to jump in for the work out. Now, there is no telling when I?m going to stop. Iron Dragon is a great school. 100% recommended. Iron Dragon rocks! Master White motivation is pasted to the students creating an awesome atmosphere. I've been there for about a year now, & still love it. I can't see myself ever really leaving this place. I've learned to much & have to much fun, besides what else would I being doing at night if I wasn't there? I'm there 5 days a week triing to get as good as the high belts. Master White has created some of the best athletes in the state, thay prove it at every tournament. Iron Dragon has top competitors that are always helping people during & after class. The enviroment is awesome, the people are great, & I have met what are now my best friends here. It's kind of neat to hang out with the some of the top taekwondo athletes in the country! Pros: best in tha business more

Mr. White is one of the few insructors I've met that is an excellant instrustor as well as a great athlete & competitor. He is willing to 'get on the mats' with anyone. He teaches every class instead of having others take over as most masters do. I have a very high respect for him. Pros: nice facility, great instrructors, motiveting classes more

Iron Dragon Martial Arts was the best thing I've done for myself & my family. At 36 I'm in the best shape of my life. I went to a couple of other schools, but they just didn't apeal to me, after one class here I new that this was the place for us. Pros: no contracts, fun classes, good workout more

I tried several martial arts schools before I found Iron Dragon. The training, instructors, & students at this school are awesome. It takes me 1/2 an to get there everyday, but it is worth it. They teach Taekwondo, Hapkido, & Kumdo(kendo). Pros: Inexpensive, very friendly, helpful more
