Ingber Dental - Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with Ingber Dental. I had not gone to a dentist in over 5 years. My gums and teeth were a mess. The staff gives you all the tools you need to be successful. They never made me feel bad for not seeing a dentist. There were even times I had to be honest and explain that I had not been following the instructions given. They helped me get back on track. I was a patient at another office here in DC and I felt like all they wanted was my money and didn't care about my well being. Because of Ingber Dental 2 of my coworkers also are now patients and we all love the staff and office. more

I felt bad missing the appointment, but was so relieved the office was quick in accommodating me other available times to be seen the very same day. Thank you. more

After roughly 20 years as a patient/client of Dr Ingber, I continue to enjoy his relaxed, yet highly professional and competent demeanor. With two kids in tow this time around, each of us was matched with a different dental hygienist. Cindy, Sepi, and Susan were all terrific--and the whole team seemed to really enjoy having two young people in the office. This is a dentist with a heart. He and his team also do a great job: in my mind, there's nothing better than a gentle hygienist and the feeling one has after a good teeth cleaning. There's space on this form for "kid products or services". I can't say much about that--although the little toy airplane went down well with the younger child--but this is definitely a kid-friendly team. more

Who know when I made my appointment that I they would discover an cracked tooth that was getting infected. Lindsey, my hygienist, cleaned my teeth and noticed something, took x-rays, brought in the Dr. Singh who then ask the Periodontist Dr. Lindsey that just happen to be in the office that day to take a look, which promotes a call to Dr. Noguera's office on the floor where is was sent immediately, examined, drilled, plugged and done. TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!!!!! From cleaning to SAVING MY TOOTH in a couple of hours! BRILLIANT!!! Thank you thank you thank you all! more

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Ingber. He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He clearly spelled out the next steps for my dental care. His staff was also very knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ingber will now be my regular dentist. Highly recommend! more

Unprofessional Dentist who is only interested in making a profit. M fiancé visited Dr. Ingber for a routine cleaning and he was told he has 3 cavities. After going back to have the cavities “fixed” my fiancé experienced extreme pain. The doctor assured him he would take care of him. When my fiancé went back for the third appointment Dr. Ingber refused to see him and recommended a specialist for him to see for a potential root canal. Dr. Ingber is clearly very incompetent and dishonest. Rather than admitting that he does not know how to fix cavities he proceeded with the work and ended up causing additional damage. My fiancé and I would not recommend visiting his office for any procedure. In addition the Dr. Ingber is overpriced and most insurance do not accept his costs. He will try to convince anyone that he will work with them regardless of the cost…We dread seeing the bill for the unnecessary work he conducted. more

(You will see my review in other places on the Internet, just trying to make sure my net is cast far/wide). I should have known better after visiting Dr. Ingber's website, as it proclaims him as one of the "finest dentists in America". I went to him to have a crown placed on one of my teeth, a very straight-forward procedure. But for some reason Dr. Ingber performed at the level reminiscent of an amateur practitioner. First, he poorly placed a temporary crown. I do recognize that temporary crowns aren't expected to be perfect, but there's a big difference between feeling a little bit of friction/rubbing and feeling like the crown is protruding well above my other teeth. Second, he let a dental assistant (he has 14) place my permanent crown, which might explain why she dropped it down my throat. As a result I had to have another temporary crown placed while I waited an additional two weeks for the laboratory to create another. Third, he poorly placed the permanent crown, having to repeatedly shave it until he drilled through the enamel. Rather than admitting the crown did not fit, he offered to shave my upper tooth . I left his office and sought out another dentist, who finished the job in less than three weeks. I think Dr. Ingber at one point might have been a fine dentist but since has compromised the integrity of his practice. more
