Great IHOP 11/23/2006

This is one of the best IHOPs that I have been to. The servers are all exceptional..and the food is always good. I especially like their rooty tootie fresh and fruity and their hot chocolate is very good. I used to go here a lot when in school..the atmosphere is pretty nice and relaxed. This place only stays open because it's in the U-District. it's dirty, slow, and the food is below what IHOP offers anywhere else in the country. (I've always gone to an IHOP when I'm surrounded by weird local sit-downs in the south) Try something on the Ave instead. Pros: None. Cons: Dirty, Slow more
