Have had La Pavoni, Barista, other machines repaired here, also buy supplies to service my La Pavoni...gaskets, etc. In all cases excellent service, reasonable prices, and helpful advice on simple DIY repairs. They also use high-end espresso, great machine to make excellent espress drinks while you're getting repairs set up. more

Excellent service at Home Espresso Repair 2/23/2009

Brought my FrancisFrancis in for servicing. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I assumed I'd be dropping it off and picking it up later. It was fixed right in front of me at a minimal cost. I highly recommend this business. I'll definitely be returning. A+++ more

Slow, but reliable 12/29/2005

My Francis! Francis X1 has been here twice and both times they did a great job of fixing it at a reasonble price. It does take more than a few days to get your machine back because they always seem to be busy, but you can trust your machines to this place. more

Tiny 10/27/2005

Although this little tiny shop is so small it is packed with equipment that you will need when worse comes to worse. I had a major breakdown with my espresso machine and fortunately, this little place on the corner of 65th and Phinney was able to order my parts so I didn't have to spend so much money on buying a new one. On this store, don't let the outside influence your inside decisions! more

Who would have thought there were that many home espresso machines 9/15/2005

I have driven past this place for years and always thought it was a front for something. Then one day my espresso machine was giving me grief. I stopped in and was surprised to find espresso machines stacked floor to ceiling in the back, an espresso machine junk yard out the back, and an espresso bar up front. They fixed my machine while I was there. It was a simple enough fix they didn't even charge me! Where does that happen anymore? I grabbed an espresso on the way out. Not only was it excellent, but the price was downright reasonable! more

Where do you get your La Pavoni fixed 8/17/2005

First, how do you kick your $3.50/day Starbucks habit? Buy a $500 La Pavoni hand pump espresso machine of course. What do you do when your beloved La Pavoni needs gaskets or some other little repair? Why, take it to Home Espresso Repair of course. A complete overhaul with new gaskets and lots of TLC will set you back about $80, but hey, you knew the $500 La Pavoni was the Ferrari of Espresso machines when you bought it, so treat it to the Ferrari of Espresso machine repair places. more
