Avoid this scam shop!! 8/1/2008

Aviod this place! I can't believe they haven't been shut down for deceptive practices. I took a car in for a recall issue and they said it wasn't the recall issue but that I needed over $700 worth of repairs. I took it to a chain repair shop knowing that I could get those repairs done cheaper. The chain shop was honest and told me that the things I had ask them to repair didn't need it but that what was broken was a recall that any dealer would have to fix for free. Pros: Hopefully the new owners will clean house and clean up the reputation Cons: Deceptive, rude, unprofessional more

Great service for my PT Cruiser 6/11/2008

I read the other reviews for service at Hansen (now owned by Southeast Chrysler) and decided to go somewhere else when my 2002 PT Cruiser stopped shifting into reverse. Well, the competition, who had good reviews, diagnosed the problem but didn't have the part. They wanted me to leave the car and pay for the new shift cables up front. I didn't have a way home from Franklin and can't easily afford a rental car, so I decided to take it to Hansen. I had to pay $80 for the ""priviledge"" of waiting three hours for the diagnosis, even though I was one of the earliest people in the morning. Pros: conveniently located, courteous and professional service staff, large parts inventory more

Hands down, worst customer service ever 8/31/2007

I have only had my car for 3 weeks, and I have yet to get my second key for the car, my tag, or even the owner?s manual. One piece of the interior trim is brown and the rest is gray. They have refused to fix it because they think it is not that noticeable. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this so called business! Pros: They will end up in hell for lying Cons: It will not be soon enough more

Unprofessional, dishonest dealership 7/23/2007

Had work done on a specific area, $1400 later and after being overcharged and lied to the initial problem still existed. When taken to another Jeep dealership they confirmed the dishonesty that I suspected from Hansen. When returning to Hansen with my newfound, confirmed knowledge, they refused to rectify the situation, or compensate me in any way. Do not EVER bring your vehicle here, they are unprofessional and dishonest. I recommend Alexander Jeep in Franklin. more

Avoid the service department 7/17/2007

I paid for a diagnostic for a loss of power in my Jeep. They recommended a valve body assembly $1300. I declined and took it some where else for a second opinion and they found that the only problem was a $.15 blown fuse. I contacted Hansen and requested my money back for the diagnostic and was treated very rudely by Wayne, the service manager. He asked me to prove that they didn't do the diagnostic and to prove that the fuse was blown when it left his shop. If a diagnostic would have been done thoroughly then they should have found a blown fuse. All I can say now is that my Jeep has run so much better and it didn't cost $1300 only $45. STAY CLEAR of these crooks. Pros: not in my experience Cons: Service manager is very rude more

If I could only have the experience . . 2/10/2003

I cannot even get a service technician on the phone to schedule my automobile for service. I have called 4 different days, several times each day. Either no one answers the phones or I am on hold for infinity. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! more
