I paid for a diagnostic for a loss of power in my Jeep. They recommended a valve body assembly $1300. I declined and took it some where else for a second opinion and they found that the only problem was a $.15 blown fuse. I contacted Hansen and requested my money back for the diagnostic and was treated very rudely by Wayne, the service manager. He asked me to prove that they didn't do the diagnostic and to prove that the fuse was blown when it left his shop. If a diagnostic would have been done thoroughly then they should have found a blown fuse. All I can say now is that my Jeep has run so much better and it didn't cost $1300 only $45. STAY CLEAR of these crooks.
