Hampden Heights Apartments

This place is by far the worst place I have ever lived at. The office staff is horrible, incredibly rude and unprofessional. I put in a maintenance request directly with someone at the office in person and apparently the request got lost in the computer. They are totally incapable of performing their jobs. The office is open at the worst hours so that you can never put money on your laundry card, pick up a package or speak to someone. They take 2 hour lunch breaks. They schedule maintenance to their servers around the first of the month so you can?t pay your rent online, but you don?t know that until you try and then it is too late and you get charged $100. The grounds look horrible, trash and nails everywhere, hit and runs in the parking lot. They are constantly coming into your apartment during the week for various ?inspection reasons?. Sometimes up to three times a month. They do not screen any of their tenants. My current upstairs neighbor may very well be a prostitute, I wake up to her having sex usually between 1am and 4 am, sometimes twice a night during the week. My previous neighbor I think may have been a drug dealer who played his music and tv WAY too loud and had a string of hookers in and out of his apartment. The laundry keeps going up in price, there is always a machine broken, and they stay broken for weeks. People wait hours to take their clothes out of the washers. My apartment is crap, and I have run out of hot water more than a few times because it is a ?shared? hot water heather. Please save yourself the trouble and do not move here, it is not worth the cheap rent. The gym is only open during the horrible office hours and the pool is constantly being closed during the summer. And a month after I moved in my neighbor died in her apartment. Yes I saw her being taken away in a body bag. This place is a despicable excuse for an apartment complex, run the other direction!!! more

I will save you the headache this place is gross. The neighbors are loud we can hear our neighbors having sex and even when he is jaking off oh yeah you heard me right. And when we talked to the office about the problem they said we need to call night patrol when it is happening so they can come to the apartment and tell them to be quiet. Plus you can hear people walking across the floors upstairs. HORRIBLE! The sidewalks are either covered in ice or mud never clean. Cars are vandalized as well. This place is the worst place I have ever lived go somewhere else for the money. Pros: None Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

As soon as they took me to see the apartment I fell in love with it. Every thing was beautiful from the living room to the bed room...not to mention the goregous huge bath room. Go and see it:) Pros: parking, fitness center, heated outdoor pool, year round hot tub Cons: pool out doors more
