this is the second time i have gone to hair unlimited and it has been the best i ever had made the owner Ralph does awesome work the hair color was spot on and he shows respect and understands what people are going through i thought in the past i had good quality but i was wrong and even if i ever end up moving back to michigan i will still use his services its just that good the quality accuracy color and understanding make a possibility embarrassing visit seem like a wasted emotion and yes there maybe a few places with lower prices but you get what you pay for , do you want people looking at you or your bad quality hair -- i couldn't be happier with hair unlimited// he also suggested i come in early when no one was there to further put at ease so dont waste your time and stress at other places go there and you will have a new business that will take care of your need FOR LIFE thanks Ralph more

I first went to Hair Unlimited after separating from the military. I had been known as “the bald guy” for so many years that I had forgotten what it was like to be anyone else. Being in my mid-20s, that was a tough pill to swallow. Girls looked right through me, people stared and constantly asked about my premature hair loss, and I was tired of always wearing a baseball hat in my off time. I remembered being much better looking, more confident, and getting way more girls when I had hair in college, so I thought that I would check out Ralph’s non-surgical hair replacement options and see what happens. \r \r My life completely changed. Ralph matched my hair color, gave me the exact hair style and look that I always wanted, and sent me out the door with a smile on my face. Don't hesitate! Please don’t waste your time and money with any other company. I did and ended up with a horrible product that was noticeable and hardly matched my natural hair at all. I came to Ralph in tears, out over $1000 and not knowing what else to do about my hair loss. I am a 30 year old female and have been losing my hair since I was 20. I was nervous and skeptic about ordering but put my faith in Ralph and wasn’t disappointed. His piece was light-years better than the other. It was night and day. He nailed my natural curls and hair color. I just clip-in the piece in the morning and go about my day. I cannot thank Ralph and his staff enough for all they have done for me. After evaluating my situation, Ralph provided not only a new system but cut it in in less than 30 minutes. I am a 29yr old design student and I am as skeptical and critical as they come. I had previously went to Hair Club for Men and got a frontal hair piece. To say the least I was extremely disappointed. You could see a grid-pattern on the scalp. I then decided to go to Bosley for hair transplantation surgery. It worked somewhat but was still extremely thin and also left me with two major scars on the back of my head where they took the donor hairs from. Not to mention, it was extremely expensive and painful. \r \r It has been about five years since went to bosley and I had been wearing ball caps for years. I need to look professional and ball caps don't fit the bill. I found the Sensigraft hair system online and saw that Hair Unlimited was a provider of them. Still very skeptical, I decided to try them out. They match your hair color, texture, and density and have a piece made specifically for you. After about six weeks, after my hair was made, they brought me in. I was still extremely nervous and skeptical. They adhered it to my head and cut it the way I wanted. You can clearly see my scalp and it looks completely natural. The hair is knotted into a clear membrane and therefore you can see my actual scalp. It is almost undetectable by anyone even closely looking at your hair. Even people that I have dated (whom I've showered with) didn't suspect anything. The membrane even feels like real skin and is more breathable than a hat. You can shower everyday with it and even swim with it. It is like it is almost like its your own.\r \r I admit that it took some time getting used to and I was worried about what my friends and family would think. Well lets just say my brother is jealous and wants to go. Since I have got my hair, I'm constantly being picked up on and have never been on more dates than in my whole life. To any guy that is not happy with his hair, I would say this is the place to go. Don't be like me and waste your money at Hair Club or Bosley. Just try it. more

I have had hair systems for over 23 years. I recently relocated to the Colorado Rockies (60 miles W of Denver)--and, as it is a rather remote area, there were no hair replacement shops in the immediate vicinity. I found Ralph's salon online (in Denver), and what a gem I got! Mary, is one of the BEST stylists I've ever come across in my entire experience of wearing hair systems--you feel like a million bucks when you walk out of there--Ralph (the owner) is a great guy, and always takes time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. Hats off to this great company! Lucky me.....it is well worth the commute! :) more

I have been a customer since the mid 90's. The quality of his products are second to none.You can tell a lot about a company by just looking at the owner. Ralph has been incredibly accommodating when it comes to schedule changes, pricing, the whole works. I have NEVER seen better customer service in any field. I used to be embarrassed to talk about my hair loss problem. Ralph was very kind and respected my privacy. After meeting with Ralph I felt confident enough to try out his solution. Pros: Beautiful Building, excellent staff, informative website, helpful literature, comfortable waiting, discreet appointments and they don't talk about the services they offer if they have to call you!! Cons: No so far more
