You don't find customer service like this!!! 9/6/2008

I needed two watches fixed so I called Gold Mine on a Sunday to hear their hours for the week. The owner answered and I was surprised. We talked for a moment about my watches and even though they were closed he said I could bring them by that day and he'd look at them. I declined and said I'd come by during regular hours. I went in the next morning and within 15 minutes while I waited he had them fixed. I had called other stores and they were not going to have them fixed for over a week. The service was very fast and friendly. I highly recommend this store and I would definately go back. more
