marcus, the plumber, was on time and was extremely efficient & friendly. i have used fox plumbing many times and have been very pleased with their work- from unplugging pipes to installing new sink disposals and toilets. plus, the receptionist is always helpful and the pricing info is accurate. more

Prompt & Efficient Service 3/5/2010

Our plumber Adrian called to verify his arrival and was there promptly. He replaced our leaking kitchen faucet in a flash. Next he performed a courtesy check of the rest of our plumbing. We will be calling again to schedule updates to some of our other plumbing. My wife particularly liked the fact that he wore "booties" in our home to keep the floors spotless! more

Efficient and Courteous Service 3/5/2010

Good: We made an appointment and Adrian arrived promptly on time. He replaced our leaking kitchen faucet quick as a flash. My wife particularly liked that he wore "booties" when he entered the house. When the work was completed, he performed a courtesy check on the rest of the plumbing in the house. No high pressure sales; just plain facts of what additional work should be done to bring us up to code.. Bad: We had no complaints with the work performed.. Other: We will use this company again.. more

Great, friendly, and professional 3/4/2010

Fox Plumbing is one of the best plumbing companies that I've dealt with. They take the time to explain stuff, go through all the options, and are very accommodating in terms of time. They often come out very quickly, call back the quickest in the case of plumbing emergencies, and do their best to finish their job quickly without compromise on quality. I've had them out several times, both for emergencies and for non-emergencies, and in both cases, they have reliably been professional, clean, and courteous. They can be pricey, compared to other plumbers, but I honestly believe that their services can save you money in the long run. more

fixing water leaks 3/4/2010

Had them fix a drain problem for my washer and a bathroom drain, and, replace a leaking hot water heater. They arrived when they said they would, gave me repair options and didn't try to force me into the most expensive option. the work was done quickly and everythign was cleaned up afterwards. more

Sink Drain 3/4/2010

My plumber was early, which was great. He re-plumbed my sink drain to make it work with my new sink. The existing plumbing was inadequate and was causing problems. He also removed a flow restrictor from my faucet which was reducing my water pressure. I have used Fox several times and never been disappointed. I have also called on Beacon and when I quoted prices Fox was less expensive. They also bill in 15 min increments. more

We have had many plumbing problems over the past few months, and Chad, our plumber, has been incredibly courteous, competent, and a pleasure to work with. And Fox sends coupons in the mail for discounts. more

I called at 9:00 AM to arrange to have a house drain cleaned, and Marcus arrived about 10:00 the same day to do the job. He was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job with the repair. more

Plumbing repair 2/26/2010

I needed my toilet repaired and was able to make an appt. for the next day at a time convenient to me. The price was quoted over the phone and I was told I would be able to use my $25.00 coupon to pay for part of the repair. The plumber called me promptly at 8:00 am the next day and introduced himself to me. He asked if I would be available that morning for a service call to repair my leaking toilet. I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived 15 minutes early. The repair was made in 15 minutes. He explained what he was doing and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and even put on booties before entering the house. The price of the repair was that quoted over the phone plus the cost of the supplies. The coupon was applied to the bill as promised. This was one of the best plumbing service calls that I have had. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, on time and efficient. I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend Fox Plumbing and Heating. I will call them again for any future plumbing problems. more

Fox Plumbing 2/25/2010

I have used Fox Plumbing twice. They have been extremely fast on their response. Their people were extremely well trained, arrive with what they needed for the repairs and very professional. Always responsive and does the job 2/23/2010

We've used Fox several times over the past dozen years to repair leaks, replace frozen or broken lines, replace a toliet. They have always been very responsive, very professional and nice to deal with. They fix the problem and then clean up after themselves. We'll call them again. more

Quick and Easy 2/23/2010

I called Fox Plumbing this morning, and they scheduled an appointment for me the same day. They estimated the time at 11:00 am, and, sure enough, they were right on time. They fixed a couple of faucets in my laundry room with no fuss and every bit of professionalism. Adrian was really great to work with. I would definitely call them again. more

Bathroom remodel with Fox Plumbing 2/22/2010

Mike of Fox plumbing showed up on time and did expert demo and installation of new piping in my bathroom. Mike answered all my questions and made some recommendations for options on a bathtub surround that will save me money. Overall very positive experience. more
