I have used Fox on a number of occasions. The service has always been good and the plumbers seem honest. It's not cheap, but what plumbers are. The prices seem reasonable. more

Fasy. professional, fair 3/21/2010

I originally called them to snake out a basement drain line but they quickly pointed out that I had sewer gas leaking into the basement from an open pipe that was hidden under carpet. We had to reschedule because some jackhammering of concrete was required but they did the work fast and professionally, replaced the concrete and cleaned up completely. They even threw in the snaking work for free! I could not have been more pleased. more

Great work and service representative 3/20/2010

Had a toilet replaced. My third major service by Fox. They do great work and are really professional. Mike Blake is just a super representative for the company. Very competent, fast and friendly. I'll always use Fox for any plumbing problems. more

Great plumber!!! 3/20/2010

Finding a plumber whom you can trust is hard but I lucked out after several attempts! Heath with Fox is personable, professional, knowledgeable and cost conscious. Everyone will need a plumber at some time and I hardily recommend this company and especially Heath. On top of the service I was Impressed that when I called, he was out in 2 hours. Great Service 3/20/2010

Had a leaky faucet that unfortunately couldn't be repaired since the inlet tubing had become corroded and rusted out. Fox Plumbing had a special deal on a new faucet that fit my decor exactly. Mike Blake came out in a few hours and had the new faucet installed in no time. Mike was very friendly and efficient, checking for any additional potential problems and cleaning up after he was finisihed. I'll certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends. Great job. more

Excellent Experience 3/19/2010

I had a great experience with Fox Plumbing. They came out quickly, communicated well & saved me a lot of money! My hot water tank was leaking & Mike was able to repair it rather then telling us we need to replace it. I appreciate his honesty. more

Fox Plumbing saves the day @ Highline Audiology 3/19/2010

We had a terrible sink mishap...rotting, falling apart, grossness EVERYWHERE. Fox Plumbing responded very quickly and sent a lovely man named Heath who solved the original plumbing problem and replaced our hot water heater with very little fuss. Plumbing service 3/18/2010

I wasted 4 hours trying to fix my kitchen drain problem and I had it! I called Fox Plumbing they were quick to come out, diagnosed the problem quickly and was in and out in about an hour. Chad you were great. Very clean, professional and friendly. Gave me some good advice to prevent recurrance. Awesome job! Thank you so much. As a homeowner I would recommend Fox Pluming highly. more

Ontime, Polite, and Efficient 3/17/2010

This is my 2nd time using Fox and once again was very happy both times. They are very upfront about how much they charge (time and materials) AND they work fast. Mike B was great! (Kris helped us last time, also great.) Same day service, in the early part of the window they promised (in which they accommodated my schedule.) Mike even did a courtesy check (off the clock) to make sure the plumbing he did not work on was in tip top shape. If you are looking for a plumber - skip the ones with expensive ads and call Fox. more

Prompt, professional service 3/16/2010

Fox offers same day service to replace hot water heaters-Chad explained the costs clearly and then went to work, and our new hot water heater was installed in an hour. He kept our white carpet covered and cleaned up after himself, leaving a shiny new hot water heater behind. Very pleased with the efficiency and promptness of Fox Plumbing, would use and recommend. more

Follow-up is very good 3/12/2010

We've worked with Fox Plumbing for years (it's a very old house). They've always been quick to respond; if there are any surprises, their plumbers are flexible and adaptable. We developed an unexpected complication on a recent routine fix (Really Old House) and they were back the next morning, taking care of it as part of the job. We were able to talk over long-term plans (no pushing, either), get a real estimate right away, and everything was cleaned up and working great when the truck pulled away. Great company! more

Fox Plumbing has earned all of my future business 3/10/2010

Within the year, Fox Plumbing replaced a disintegrated sewer line. More recently, I discovered a leaking hot water tank in my basement. Employee Chad responded within 10 minutes and two hours later I had a new system in place. And although it was then after normal business hours, Chad proceeded to replace a toilet for me that I had been having problems with. Fantastic company with fantastic service has prompted me to take the time and write my first-ever review for any company. They have earned all of my future business. more

Chad showed up right on time and quickly fixed my shower, bidet and basement faucet. He gave me good advice about what else needed (and didn't need) to be done. He did a nice job of tidying up afterward. I will certainly call Fox next time I have a plumbing need. more

Great to work with! 3/8/2010

I recently hired Fox to replace my kitchen faucet because they had done a great job previously replacing my toilet. They did not have a faucet I liked, so gave me a crash course in what to look for when I purchased one. No pressure to buy something they carried. I found one online that I liked and they came back and installed it. Both Heath and Marcus were knowledgable and very courteous to work with. I got a follow up call to make sure I was satistied. I will absolutely hire them next time I need work done. more

Great Plumbing service 3/5/2010

Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and we called Fox. They sent Chad out within two hours. He took all the time I needed to review all the options. They even took time to determine if my old beater was under any sort of warranty. Short story, I had a new hot water heater less than four hours after the first call. Richard in Renton more
