Went here to get my brake pads replaced (since there was squeaking noises) and was attracted by the $25 off coupon in my mail. Pros: Cheap Cons: Terrible customer service and results more

Went to Firestone to get an alignment... not only did they take 2 hours with no courtesy call, they said the car was unalignable and that it needed new inner tie rods... their estimate was (~$500). I had just spent $200.00 on a new car inspection including a diagnostic test for this problem. Skeptical, I took the car into tru-line and as suspected, the car did not need new inner tie rods at all and probably won't need them for another 2 years. Beware of Firestone diagnostics they are con artists!!! Pros: open Sundays Cons: Waste of your time and money more

Took our car in for brake shoes, they came back with a quote for all kinds of stuff....$1100 worth to be exact. We let them do the brakes as we didn't want to chance it...$350 for brake pads and brake fluid...ahhhh!! We called around a couple of places for the other problems Firestone made us aware of and got the problems fixed for a third of the price at Les Schwab. The most annoying was they charged double the price for the same parts then instead of the $17.00 labour at Les Schwab they wanted to charge us $100. They also wanted to charge us $100 for a tire alignment where as Les Schwab charged $50. Oh and $40 to change a break light....please!! All in all I feel like people have a ligitimate reason to worry about garages like these, they definitley take advantage. Awful Awful Awful, stay away from Firestone!! I've been going to this Firestone for 4 years and have never regretted it. They do get busy, but knowing that they will never take you for a ride like so many other mechanics out there is worth the wait. The only reason I don't give them a 10 is that they have made some mistakes when fixing our car, but they ALWAYS took care of it quickly without question or hesitation, so I still feel confident taking my car to them. Pros: Friendly and QUALITY customer service Cons: very busy - don't be in a hurry - but worth the wait more

I was in a bind and they really helped me out. The manager there, Chris Palazzolo, got my car right in and out. The price was fair and the over all service was outstanding. I have finally found a place that I can trust to get my car fixed and maintained at. Pros: Good Mechanics, Great Location, Want to Help more
