Went to Firestone to get an alignment... not only did they take 2 hours with no courtesy call, they said the car was unalignable and that it needed new inner tie rods... their estimate was (~$500). I had just spent $200.00 on a new car inspection including a diagnostic test for this problem. Skeptical, I took the car into tru-line and as suspected, the car did not need new inner tie rods at all and probably won't need them for another 2 years. Beware of Firestone diagnostics they are con artists!!!
