Eurospa Morgana

This is a very poorly managed business that is not familiar with the concept of good customer service. I will never go there again and will make sure none of my friends will. I purchased two sowhatsthedeal deals: one for myself, another one as a gift. In a rush, the other person didn't bring the printout, but had the coupon number. The front desk person refused to accept it claiming that people somehow reused them. In my experience with any groupon type deals, the coupon number is the only thing a business would need to track a purchase. Eurospa is unable to keep record of used coupon numbers and makes its clients pay for it, which brings me to the most unpleasant part of the experience. The guy was nearly screaming at me while a) saying he had no time for me; b) forcing me to go to Kinko's to us to print out the coupon. That's a great way to have no repeat customers... All in all, it was the worst experience I ever had in a service based industry. To be honest, I can't see them being accommodating in case of any mishap, miscommunication, emergency, etc. Don't go there. more

I've been going to Josephine for the past 4-years and I love her work. Would recommend her to all my friends. After getting my hair done, I receive a lot of compliments about my cut and the color. Would not trade her in at all. more

I went to this beauty Salon not long ago and I loved it. Eva attended me and she is a pro on what she does. I asked for a certain color highlights and the results were excellent! Eva has to be one of the best stylists I ever had. more

Aleana is a magician with hair styles and good highlights (for me, 2-3 shades of blond) and Gorky gives great shampoo massages. Everyone who works there is professional and friendly to the customers. They cut hair how YOU want it, not how they feel like it. Try it! more

Eliana has been cutting my hair for 12 years--I followed her to Eurospa from her previous salon. She is an absolute gem! I've sent many friends to her, and some have waited until they returned from places like LA and London to get her to cut their hair again. She's just that good! more

I went to Eurospa on a whim b/c I really didn't like my hair that day. I had had it with all the $70 haircuts in this area, and found Eurospa on the internet as affordable and well recommended. Well, I'm so glad I went! I got my hair cut by Josefine and she did a fantastic job! Much better than all the $50, $60, $70 cuts I have gotten this year. Not only that, but everyone is friendly and professional. Highly recommended! (Also, I never post reviews online and this one was worth my time.) more

EuroSpa is hands-down the best salon I've ever been too. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly-which is rare in this city. I absolutely love my hair every time I get it done. Plus, they don't charge you a ridiculous price for a cut and highlight. I've recommended this place to all of my college friends and everyone of them have been impressed. This place is very clean and I think the wall color is nice. Unpleasant color-give me a break. It's a great salon!! more

You can get an appointment quickly here, the staff is friendly and the price is right. But why not paint the walls an appealing color and sweep the floor! No need to spend a lot to brighten up and keep the salon a bit cleaner. My cut turned out to be slightly uneven. They promised to fix anything that wasn't right -so I will go back. more

Eurospa appears as a typical hair salon that also offers basic waxing. The lighting is a bit dim and the floor occasionally needs a few more swishes of the broom, but for the price and speed of access to services, it's just fine. The cuts and styles are good quality, but even more impressive are the waxing services. The waxing room is tiny but private, and the staff is qualified, making every effort to move smoothly and quickly to minimize pain. Eurospa does not have the luxurious appeal of a Day Spa or high-end salon, but it is sufficient with prices that fit any wallet. more
