Spring planned service and maintenance performed by Spencer. 4/17/2018

Spencer was a very personable, polite and knowledgeable HVAC technician. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and took pictures of the heating unit drain pan in the attic to show me it had a small amount of rust in the bottom but was nothing to be concerned about at this time. When checking the air conditioner, Spencer identified a couple of issues and explained what my options were to potentially prolong the life of my AC unit, which I approved his replacing. In addition to changing the four filters located in the high ceilings of my home, Spencer gladly changed the batteries in my five smoke detectors, which I can't reach even with a ladder. Many thanks for going above and beyond expectations, Spencer. I have been a customer of Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning for 10+ years and feel very confident in their technician's assessments, recommendations and the exceptional quality of service provided. Annual fall checkup 10/2/2017

David B. arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He went right to work and in addition to furnace service, he re-lit my fireplace pilot and showed me how to do it. I very much appreciate the service David B provided. more

Excellent service 8/22/2017

Excellent service after hours (8 pm) on an a/c. Detected the problem immediately, then ran a detailed check to see if there were any other issues. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Scott N and would recommend this firm to anyone. more

Scott N Did a great good diagnosing my AC troubles 8/13/2017

Naturally the AC breaks during the hottest week of the summer. Scott fit us in, and let us know when he would arrive. He was very thorough and had the right tools to diagnose the root cause which prior technicians had failed to do. He conducted himself very professionally. more

A part to my a/c unit went out late evening July 11. Gene M. was here by 11 a.m. the following morning, had it fixed quickly and I was thrilled with the excellent service from him and Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning that has been a constant since my first service with them. I recommend this company highly!! more

A/C Repair and New Equipment installed 6/25/2017

Eanes was quick to action when our A/C failed. The problem was identified and corrected promptly. The repairman was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the equipment I requested. Again appointments were set and met without any delays. Instructions on how to operate the new equipment were explained in detail. On the whole a great job and a company I would heartily recommend. more

Jeff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Due to previous scheduling, he had to start his work with us later than usual; however, he did not let that bother him. He was very upbeat and had a great sense of humor. When he was finished doing the startup of the system, he took the time to explain the operation of the thermostat to us. As usual, Eanes did a great job through their outstanding service men, and we are already enjoying the new furnace and AC. more
