Thomas is a very efficient, competent, and informative repair technician. He explained to me what he was doing and why, as well as very patiently answered my questions! I was so impressed with his overall job performance and manners that I decided to sign a service agreement with him/EANES. As a senior citizen it was so refreshing to me to have such a polite, personable, and outstanding service tech to come to my house. Scott is always punctual,patient in explaining what he is doing and why, patient in answering questions about the a/c heating system, personable, and efficient. We will always purchase our heating/air conditioning units and service agreements from Eanes and hope Scott will always be our tech.. more

I called Eanes Heating and Air around 10 o'clock and they had David the service pro at my house at 11:45. I was really impressed. David corrected my problem real efficiently. I will be calling them again when i have any more problems. Thank you for your assistance. more

Chad was an outstanding tech for our HVAC winter servicing. He was on time for our service on 12/2/16, very professional and took his time to do the job right! We have been experiencing a noise issue with our main level unit and had mentioned it several times to different techs who have serviced our units. All of them told us that the noise was "normal". Upon mentioning it to Chad, he said he would check it out and fix the issue. He did!! He went above the call of duty and replaced the metal brackets on the unit with nylon and the problem was solved!! We have been enjoying out quiet heat ever since!!! Very pleased! more
