Beautiful flowers? Yes. Talented designers? Yes. Service? Absolutely the worst in Dallas. I recently called to order a bouquet to send to a friend and told them my budget was $75.00. The person who answered their phone then proceeded to tell me what they could make, quoting me a price WAY over what I had told them I wanted to spend. When I explained, again, that my budget was $75.00, their clerk again described a different arrangement, and again quoting a price of way more than $75.00. After a third attempt on their part to force me into spending more money, I hung up the phone and called a different florist. I also work at a venue within a mile from their store and our clients regularly, and mistakenly, use this florist. Recently an order was completely forgotten. Even more recently they showed up to pick up their vases from a party that hadn't even happened yet. Today they delivered for a birthday party and literally dumped the arrangements on a food table and left. There are so many wonderful florists in Dallas. Spend your money elsewhere. more

You pay for it, but boy is it worthwhile. I recommend the smaller arrangements--they have such style that they easily stand on their own. We looked at having Dr. Delphinium do our wedding, but couldn't afford it ... but I have seen many arrangements they have done and have always been impressed. Each one is artistic and unique! Even their standard red rose Valentines Day arrangements were artistically fabulous and interesting. more

These people have some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. They aren't cheap but they are so unique and interesting. If you're looking for simple flowers, roses, mums, etc., this isn't the place because they are a bit on the expensive side. However, if you want something unique and interesting, you'll really like the amount of nice things they have here. more
