I am so shocked that this place has 4.5 out of 5 stars..
30 bucks for a simple blow dry? Goodness I could get a nice haircut for 30 bucks! When I went for a bridal updo- they wanted to charge me 85 dollars when they never shampooed my hair. It said it was included but when i pointed out to the receptionist- she fought tooth and nail with me. She acted like I was such a low class because I wasn't willing to spend so much money on something that I never received. They act they're so upscale but they are god awful. They need to lower the prices. Get a better customer service. I don't even want to give them one star.
Never going back again. Too much snobs working there.
