Demo's was in frequent communication with me as they repaired the window frame of my car. I was kept in the loop and given status updates. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, and Demo's did an incredible job. They washed my car, too. Demo's gave me top-notch service that exceeded my expectations. more

when they painted my car they failed to protect the inside of my trunk and the interior of my car. The utility mat in my trunk is covered with paint dust or residue and they didn't even try to clean it up. There was also a lot of paint dust covering the interior of my car and the paint fumes were very strong. I think they should have tried to clean up behind their work a little better. Besides all of the things I mentioned, I think the body work was excellent. more

The service from Demos was among the best . It's clear everyone at the shop is focused on helping the customer get thru the vehicle recovery / restoration process. The routine updates shared progress toward completion and the finished result required no rework. more

Crooked body shop. The owner decided to use after market parts without my approval and a horrible fit too. I complained about it and he just didn't give a $@!#%....AVOID AT ALL COST AND TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE DEALER FOR INSURANCE CLAIM. more

We request a light bulb to replaced however it wasn't completed while in repair. We know it wasn't part of the damage. more

Absolute worst auto experience of my life! Didn't mention the possibility of warranty, before completely removing my transmission (which would end up costing me $1K for nothing), and then pressuring me to immediately by a new one for over $3K. The very second I asked about a possible warranty, the mechanic immediately responded "Oh yeah, several of the the guys here have Chevy's and there all covered under GM's 100k mile power train warranty"--a fact that he might have mentioned BEFORE removing my transmission. I imagine that fact wouldn't have slipped his mind if it was his car and he wasn't about to make a ton of money off selling a new transmission. So I was then charged $1K to put the transmission back in so that the warranty could be claimed to get a new transmission at no cost to me--just the wasted money for them to take and and remove my transmission without doing anything for me. When I tried to politely discuss the charges with the owner of the shop, he called me "an idiot" to my face (no lie!). To top it all off, when I received the final description, there were blatant lies about what had been said from the beginning--quoting things that I had never said and which intentionally made me sound like a complete idiot--and quoting things they never told me to cover their a**es. I had gone to Demo's once or twice before, but now never again. Absolute crooks and jerks! Never go there! more

Terrible service. Dishonest and rude. Charged me for their mistakes. Lied about repairs made. Do not recommend at all more

Demo's did an amazing job repairing body damage to my car. The entire process was seamless. They called Enterprise as soon as I arrived. Enterprise picked me up and then when it was time to pick up my car I was able to just leave my rental there and Demo's took care of everything. The customer service was spectacular. They finished my car before they predicted and I received an email promptly when it was ready for me to pick up. i would suggest Demo's to any one for anything. more

Demo's was professional, courteous and thorough. They worked well with both the insurance company and me to expedite the process. They also kept me fully informed at each step of the process. The work itself was very well done. I would definitely recommend Demo's Automotive Center to others (and will). more

Although the pictures were helpful, slightly better information about when the repairs would be completed would be helpful. This was due in part to the difficulty in getting parts. more

I have been a satified customer for over fifteen years and would not consider taking my vehicles to any other shop for maintenance repairs or body work.
