I have been coming to this cleaners for years now but lately, I have been considering changing the cleaners. The last couple of weeks, they have had a new old lady and her customer service is not good. Her strong english accent makes it very hard to understand what she is saying and her service is very slow. i was there on saturday and it took her forever to take care of me because she was too busy talking to another customer. She is not a good worker and I am seriously considering changing my cleaner. The only way i would stay is if they bring back the other lady Niki who has been here for the last couple of months. She is absolutely terrific!!! She has great customer service and she is fast!!! I leave my bag with her and leave worry free. Mr. owner, bring Niki back or you will lose some customers because of the old lady.
