cotton mill collection is great although i usually shop at lifestyle. It is a great place to pick up a gift for your significant other. Especially if your a guy like me that isnt extremly fashionable because their staff always helps me find something that i know she will love. more

What a collection! 5/3/2011

It's an unbelievable mini department store. I've never been in a store so beautiful and with such an amazing collection of great fashion. They have tee shirts, jeans, shoes, art, dresses, home items, jewelry, everything you could ever think of and its all the best. No ugly stuff here. dropped a load this weekend but wish I had more. I'll go back here all the time. It will always be my first stop. Love it, Love it, Love it! more

Amazing Clothes!! 4/23/2011

This place is one of my favorite stores to find new additions to my wardrobe. The staff is friendly, the seamstress is phenomenal, and I love their accessories.The seamstress took a size 10 dress and made it a size 00 in less than a week for me. Helpful sales staff and very trendy clothes. I love this place! more

Great Selection 3/7/2009

If you are looking for choices Cotton Mill is the place to go. They have the best selection of clothes that I seen in nashville. I was looking for a dress but not only find the perfect one(on sale) but a great pair of jeans too. Pros: Great selection and Great service Cons: not open on Sunday more

Wonderful staff 1/24/2009

I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Cotton Mill. The staff was very helpful, but what impressed me most was the fact that the sales girls were anxious to give me an opinion of a dress I already owned that wasn't even purchased there. I wanted it as a ""fall back"" dress for a ball in case I didn't find anything I liked, but was concerned that it may look outdated, be too short, too flashy, or too young looking. Great service, very personable! more

Excellent service 10/14/2008

I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive and helpful the staff at Cotton Mill was. I went in on my lunch break to find a cocktail dress and the woman helping me ran around the store with 5-6 options in my size in styles I loved. I ended up trying them all on and purchasing the first one I put on. Meanwhile, the woman was outside my dressing room ready to grab more sizes or assist me in anyway possible. I look forward to shopping there again. Pros: Service, sellection, great styles Cons: none! more

The employees are either rude, give a ""buy something or leave"" vibe, or as soon as you find one you like and trust, they're gone! For the amount of money you spend, a sense of gratitude or consistency would be nice. more

ready for spring 2/25/2003

Even with the bad winter days I'm ready for spring and so was the cotton mill. I asked the staff to call me when new spring merchandise came in and they wasted no time in contacting me. I don't have a lot of time to shop so I appreciated the call about the new spring clothing. The looks are great and the service is attentive but not too pushy. When the warm weather hits I recommend a trip to the cotton mill. Pros: great selection, great service, great atmosphere more

Just My Style 1/22/2003

I stared at the Cotton Mill Lifestyle and then walked down the hall to the Cotton mill Collection. As soon as I walked in the door I knew that this was a place for me. The clothing fit my taste perfectly. I like fashion with the glitz. Contemporary items that wont go out of style tomorrow. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. They know their stuff. They even got my alterations done in the same day. This will be where I start next time. I can't wait to bring my friends from out of town. Pros: unique merchandise, great environment, friendly service Cons: not open nights more

Special Event? Shop Elsewhere 10/21/2002

Special Event? Don't Shop Here I had a terrible experience with the Cotton Mill. After losing my order, which was bad enough, the staff didn't want to be further inconvenienced by my follow-up calls. When my items finally arrived after being reordered and fed-exed, the manager did not contact me. After waiting a week, I finally contacted the store and was told ""oh, your package has been here for a week."" It gets better--when I went to pick up the package, the salesperson made me wait 15 minutes to ensure that I still did not owe the store any money. In sum, if your shopping for a special event, shop elsewhere. Cons: terrible service, unresponsive, rude more
