Collision Plus

Collision Plus did great work on the car, but they need to work on their customer service. It was my first time using their services, and I was really impressed with their work on the car, but they didn't keep me informed about when it was ready. I had to actually call 4-5 times to find out whether it was ready or not, and I really would have preferred that they let me know since I had to make arrangements to go pick up the car. more

If you go to Collision Plus personally, I would highly recommend them. If you go with insurance, I would not recommend them. I had brought my vehicles to them before but with insurance, it took them two months to fix my car. I'm not sure what the problem was. They were going back and forth with the information. more

I had a very pleasant experience at Collision Plus. I got in a car accident and had some body damage. They pretty much had my car in and out, and that's what I needed. more

If I had another accident, it would be the only place I would consider taking my car. Anyone needing an auto body service should go to the shop and meet the people to see what they do there. It pretty much sells itself. I usually think of auto body shops as shady places, kind of like used car dealers, but Collision Plus is an exception to that! more

It took forever to get the car fixed, so I am not sure if they had to order the parts in or if the job was just difficult. Either way, Sam did a tremendous job and the end result was what I was expecting. They priced me at the amount they quoted me and overall I was very satisfied. more

One of the best things about Collision Plus, Inc. is that they are certified for many of the high end, exotic cars such as Porsche and Bentley. When they were contacted by Tesla to get certified, they took the time to make sure they understood the car. That gave me a lot of confidence taking my car there, which is a Tesla. The other company I first contacted gave me an appointment two weeks away just to assess the damages on the car. When I called Collision Plus, they said they could see me at any time, so I didn't have to wait. In essence, they were able to get my car back to me in less time than the other company was even willing to look at the car. Had my insurance company not had some difficulty managing the claim because it was a Tesla, I would likely have had my car back within half of the time anticipated. Sam was really exceeding his expectations because even though the insurance company delayed things for several days, he still delivered the car by the time he said he would. The work he did was great. I had a high level of confidence that what he was doing wasn't going to cause damage. He was fair and honest. I had no doubt at any time that he was going to do the best possible job. more

My insurance company had done an appraisal of what the costs were going to be and they were planning to repair the damage done to my car. But when I took it to Collision Plus, they told me the part needed to be replaced, not repaired. So that's what they did and I'm completely satisfied. They're great. They make sure that you're satisfied and they call you to let you know what's going on and to keep you updated with the repairs. I hope that I don't get into an accident again. But if I do in the future, I will definitely take my car back to them. more
