I have been in this adorable store several times.After a Luke warm greetings. I was ignored until, I went to try something on.She rushed over and said she had to put the clothes in dressing room.She then started counting hangers and told me to leave anything in there I didn't want.And walk away not offering to help.When I left the dressing room.She rushed over and counted the hangers and clothes.Not one word to me.Not even a Good bye.Snotty Witch! I felt sad when I left more

Love the upscale variety of clothing-no Kohl's or Target brands! Great pricing for designer wear with little or no wear. Like the way they take consignments by appoitment only-no backup waiting. It is a boutique, not a clearinghouse. Lovely atmosphere and nice sales people. more

Not your usual consignment shop. The shop is setup more like a small department store and has a good flow to it. The dressing rooms are nice and the 3-way mirror was great. Price and selection were very good. The staff was very helpful. Also... a nicely kept restroom which customers can actually use. I will definitely shop there again. more

If you want to be treated like dirt go here. The owner is a stuck up snob with zero class and so is all her employees. This is a consignment store not Saks! They claim this is a 'designer only' store yet they have numerous items from chicos, coldwater creek and Talbots. Those are NOT designer labels. Get with the times! more

I came into this really cute shop on Friday the 13th and it was a unlucky day for me apparently because the attitude from the "Ms.Perfect, I am mad at the world “sales clerk treated me as if I was poison! I thought maybe it was just me but I noticed that everyone else got the same treatment with the same mean attitude. Super cute store with great merchandise but I will try again on another day as long as that clerk is not there! more

I drove up in my Lexus with Nanette Lepore but was made to feel like low class garbage. Drove to Freedom House and donated some really nice stuff to people who really appreciated it. Coco - do not treat people like this!!!! It will come back to bite you. more

Good: Price, Seletion & Customer Service. Other: Love their Email service and their new store (they moved 2 doors down). If you are not on their list..you may want to ask the next time you stop by. They do not sent daily emails.... I am glad of that. The emails they do send are about the new items they recieve and side-walk sales. The new location is great. More dressing rooms, a brighter new look and a place for my husband to sit and read while I shop. I was also told that WI-FI is coming in Sept.. more

I hate the customer service in this store. While the store claims to be high end it peddles endless amounts of talbots old lady crap and the sales staff is convinced they are working on rodeo drive while doing it. Truth is they are old and poorly dressed themselves! You are way better off siting at home ebaying if you want a good deal on used merchandise without being made to feel worthless by lesser sale clerks. more

I used to be a regular shopper at CoCo's Corner, a high end consignment boutique. Since, I have found that there are more and more consignment shops opening their doors and are quite successful especially so, I imagine, due to current economic times . I have found very fine high end designer clothing items elsewhere AND received friendly customer service . Coco's owner may be more appreciative of her consigning clientele than she is of her shopping clientele who purchase the consigned items. I have been in the store many times without the owner acknowledging me even though I have purchased at least one item every time I have come in the store. One customer lost as a result. Shop here if you don't mind an aloof shopowner who doesn't appreciate your business! more

Recently, my family member purchased a pair shoes that were advertised as Danskos, which in reality were Sanitas, meaning that these shoes were definitely pre-2007. They appeared to be in great shape until both of the bottom rubber soles fell completely off THREE days after wearing them. Because she paid $60 for them, she called the manager to ask for a store credit/refund. The manager replied, “Why don’t you take them to a shoe repair store.” Wow, what a great business woman and problem solver she is. She offered me no refund, store credit, or gift card because she claims that the items in the store are not her merchandise! After paying $60 for USED shoes and spending a total of $180 that day I realized that this store will no longer have my business or the business from my many friends that frequent this “fair” business. I have been a loyal customer for some time now, but will never step foot in there again. more

Good: The selection of jewelry very nice.. Bad: Nothing....great service and great product.. Improvements: I'm a guy...I would not have a clue.. Other: I would definitely recommend. Valentine's was a HIT !. more

Don't bother. The clerk I encountered made me feel that I shouldn't be in the store. If you are going to tout yourself as high end, you still need customer service. Don't judge your customer on what they are wearing that day. You don't know who they really are. If you like to feel like you are less than the product, by all means visit this place. more

I walked into this cute little store recently, and really enjoyed myself. It is a higher end women's consigment shop that carries names like St. John, Dior, Chanel, and lots more. They take in the best stuff from women around the area in gently used condition and resale at a decent price. I saw some St. John there for next to nothing. My only beef with the store was that it was a little tiny and most of the clothes were too old for me...a little out of my age group. Other than that I truly enjoyed my little browse and recommended it to my mom and her friends (they bought lots of stuff). more
