Do you have Chuck E. Cheese's in your area? We have one a couple of miles away from our home. My Chuck E. Cheese is kind of gross. It just seems... dirty. I used to love Chuck E. Cheese when I was a kid. I think I only went once or twice because the only one I had access to was several hours away in Spokane. My son has only been 2 or 3 times but he loves it. When we drive by he says, "Look Mom! Chuck E. Cheese! I haven't been there for a long time ago [sic]." One day, I'll surprise him and take him back. Ours has a decent-size climbing area for kids, some video games, some bulldozer games (which I admit are very addicting for me). Then you gather up your tickets and stand in a long line to get your trinket. There is also pizza and soda available, of course! They have a system where they stamp your and your child's hand with a special code when you come in and that way you can't steal anyone's child or vice versa. But on our way out they couldn't read the stamp on my son's hand and they said, "Is this your mommy?" although he wasn't really speaking well at the time and they let me leave with him. So it's not foolproof.
