There is good customer service, just not at all the shops...you have to find the good ones! 7/4/2008

Parking is annoying, but it's free on Sundays...there are a lot of cute boutiques on 3rd Ave...some have friendlier staff than others...but there are some great ones with unique stuff! Pros: independently owned boutiques mixed in with bigger shops Cons: parking more
