Chakras

I had the best service of my life! I felt like a princess. The girls at the front desk started my day off with a smile. They catered to me like I was the most important person there. I especially liked the girl with the interesting swirling tattoos. Everyone there is dressed in such high fashion. (Maybe I could get one of them to come shopping with me and help me pick out a couple outfits ;) But seriously, I had a full spa day. I got the most relaxing facial I have ever had, and I've visited many a spa in my days. My manicure and pedicure gave my hands and feet more attention that they've ever had. There were flower petals in my foot bath for heavens sake! I also got the most unique massage I think is out there. I think was called Maha Awakening. Not only did I get a great massage, but they incorporate yoga stretches, so I really felt a difference the next day. At the end of the day I got my hair shampooed downstairs in the salon. I wish I had time to get my hair cut too because I saw some incredible stuff going on down there. I will definitely be back for that!!! Other than the great service from everyone I saw that day, the atmosphere was to die for. I felt like I was in a foreign country or something. They have this sculptural waterfall that reaches two stories inside the lobby! Oh!!! and before I forget, I just love their products there. They have some product lines that I haven't seen anywhere else... Davines, Dermologica, Bumble and Bumble, Ojon... I think there are more, but I don't remember all of them. Man... they should pay me to do this for them. lol But seriously, I can't wait to go back. Mom... will you get me a gift certificate for Christmas? PLEASE!!! :) more

Chakras is beautiful inside but parking was a challenge.( I went there last year so it may have changed). The spa is upstairs and they do sell Aveda products for your hair. There isn't anywhere in Burlington to get them. I enjoyed my massage there but it felt really busy and not as relaxing as I needed. I like it to be QUIET! more

Chakra's is the trendiest salon that we have in town. You can tell where it is just by driving by, because the decor really stands out and looks very unique. Chakra's could be picked up and put down in the heart of LA and fit right in. The staff all look good and have very nice hair (which is a good sign) and the store is more like a day spa than just a hair salon. The atmosphere is very zen and the decoration of the inside and outside of the building make you want to come back. It is an experience! more
