Not answering phone 2/1/2012

We originally used this company in 1994 and have nothing but problems ever since. Constant leaks, non-answered phone messages, and delays in repairs. We ended up calling out another contractor who said the original work was not done right, and that's why we're having problems. No wonder this company offers a 15 year warranty; they will have to come out that long to keep fixing the work they screwed up in the first place. I suggest you find someone else. more

No Show 9/10/2008

Stayed Home from work to meet the sales guy for an estimate, and he was a no show. When I called him, he wanted to reschedule for another time slot....No way, if this is the work ethic, then they are not for me! Cons: No show for first appt./ I stayed home from work, There office hours are 8-3, but answering service was picking up when I called twice during these hours. more
