We originally used this company in 1994 and have nothing but problems ever since. Constant leaks, non-answered phone messages, and delays in repairs. We ended up calling out another contractor who said the original work was not done right, and that's why we're having problems. No wonder this company offers a 15 year warranty; they will have to come out that long to keep fixing the work they screwed up in the first place. I suggest you find someone else.
