Worst Service in the Triangle 9/27/2006

I'm done, I will not go back to this Burger King. First off the service is the worst I've seen: the order taker can't speak or understand english, had to repeat a 3 meal order several times. You get the UHHHHH!! from the speaker when you say you're not done. When you get to the window, you're asked to move up because they're timed. Maybe if they had food prepared like fast food should, you wouldn't have to pull up. God forbid you ask for a drink tray for 3 drinks when you're the only person in the vehicle. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and got normal chicken because I didn't ask for spicy sauce on the chicken, come on people, this is not rocket science. Oh and why when you go to the Burger King website, there is no email contact, only snail mail??? Maybe because their service is non existent countrywide now. Amazingly I was shocked to find my food cold when I got home, what was I expecting, a burger actually being warm? No more, I will visit other fast food burger places when I'm in the mood now, please do not visit this place, unless you like a side of heartburn with your order. Cons: Horrible service, nasty attitude of the workers, cold food more

Editorial
  • In Short
Founded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.
