My family and I have been to a lot of Bojangles' restaurants and we LOVE them all!!! When we ask my 10 year old son where he wants to eat he ALWAYS says "Bo knows how to do chicken right". We even have Bojangles' programed into our GPS so when we go on trips we can find one. The only problem I see with Bojangles' it that they are not all over the country, or even the world!! Oops, I'm sounding kind of "mad sciencetist". Anyway, ALL Bojangles' restaurants are get and the one on Western in Raleigh in no exception! The service is great! The food is wonderful! The store is clean and there is plenty of Bojangles' famous sweet tea and extra Cajun spice.
Pros: Fast, economical, friendly and great taste! Their drive thru is the fastest I've seen!!

Bojangles has the best biscuits in town. Order their chicken biscuit combo with a side and fries, sit down and enjoy. You will be in heaven. This meal is not for the faint of heart if you are counting calories or fat grams though. A Bojangles chicken buscuit has over 800 calories and 40 grams of fat. But, man, is it good going down.

Hey this is LeRoy Snead the manager that copped an attitude with you! I recently quit when the last kind "lady" chewed me out for stuff i had no control over!(her day/niceserver/cook) im but only one man!(i know, i know seems like 2/3) her bad breath and spitting frisco sauce all over me and my face was the last straw! to the slanderer above, first off you stayed 2hours over a burger? yeah right, kinda like the couple that waited 2 hours to b seated and then another hour to order and yet a 4th for food!(long lunch ya know!) give me/them a break! hmmm, five remakes? i remember you! you were....., well young to say the least! did it make you feel good to b the center of attention that night? your friend was kinda embarrassed! and now youre postin my name? please, i wrote it down for u sweetie SO YOU WOULD LEAVE! IM SURE I HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH U AND WHAT ONLY AFTER 2 HOURS?(wow, good luck guy!) be sure ill never forget u or what you are inside...it was pretty ugly and your review shows that! btw that night all hell broke loose and YOU contributed to it, proud? are things better now for ya?(u are a prime example of y people sck!) how many times can someone take ridicule for another humans mistakes, their job be threatened or worked for free food? not too long i tell you, try it sometime! it all stopped as soon as i comped their meals btw(3adults) and all over bun/bread, cooked/uncooked onions on her sandwich! sorry you had a bad experience w/me girl but mine with you was much worse i assure you!(just balme the time of the month!) PLEASE the rest of you dont hold this against the restaurant! there's alot of good there with a 99.5 on the wall, good food/folks/atmosphere! ive made alot of friends and had alot of regulars that im sure are gonna miss my kindness and me as much as i miss them already! as for you chicky poo please dont ever go back & again im sorry! if it were my place id of thrown u out alot sooner and u wouldve paid! 'o)
Pros: its not fast food or 5 star full service! ITS GOOD FOOD SERVED FRIENDLY & FAST!
Cons: beware there are HUMANS working there! they've been known to make mistakes...

I really don't understand how anyone can complain about this location. The people here are so nice. As a student, I ate there quite a bit, and at all sorts of odd hours, and not only have I never had a bad experience, I've always left happier than when I arrived.

This is the first regular McDonald's that I even considered writing a review for. From the outside, it looks like nothing special. When I walked in, the interior completely amazed me. First off, it was clean. Then, I noticed how luxurious it was. There was a flat screen television mounted to one corner with leather seats surrounding it. Unfortunately, there were flies hanging around this area. There are nice high-raised tables and high swivel chairs with nice cushions. The rest of the seats were like normal McDonald's except they also had nice back cushions. To top that off, the employee gave me a free Sundae because someone in the Drive-thru cancelled their order. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this McDonald's and I never thought I could say something like that.
PROS: Clean, luxurious, different
CONS: Flies in the lounge area
