POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS prior review noted management and ownership are the reason for poor service , they don't care attitude is take your builness elsewhwere or I'll see you in court. Did not finish job just walk ed off and they lied and said we locked them out of the house really waco deallings not at all business like more

We hired Builders Carpet and Design because a friend recommended them to us. She has used them several times for multiple projects and is always pleased, so we had them come to our house to replace several rooms that had carpet, with hardwoods and tile. To have the hardwoods put in and finished, took about a week and we had to get a hotel for 3 days while they did the finishing top coats but, we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I don't know what happened on the other reviews but, we will use them again when we redo our kitchen tiles. My friend who recommended Builders Carpet to us, used them for her kitchen redo and her tiling is beautiful. She raved to us about them and now we tell friends who come to our house about them! Builders Carpet was very professional and respectful and did a wonderful job! more

After causing construction delays in my home (new build) for two months due to the wrong grade of wood being put in, and then the remedy (replacing a large quantity of the boards), the quality was horrible and they kept coming back and actually making the floors WORSE. Finally, after threatening to take legal action, the floors were made to look 'better' but still were not what had been promised to us. When I tried to have a civil conversation about how a certain area had been overlooked several times, the sales rep, Jordan Goodwyn, told me to ""F"" Off and stormed out, slamming the door behind him. I have never seen such unprofessional, rude, behavior. Add that to the poor quality and the cost of delays, and you have a horrendous experience. I have seriously never seen anything like it. Therefore, I was not surprised when I discovered that Jordan is the son of the owner of this company. The father is apparently no better than the son since my builder tried to escalate this matter above the sales rep's head and never got a response from the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BUILDER'S CARPET !! Cons: RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ABUSIVE COMPANY AND PEOPLE, POOR QUALITY more

After being sold on not having to 'supervise' the tile work done in the master bathroom, much supervision was needed for the quality of work. There was a cracked tile that they put down. Rather than replacing it, they just grouted the tile hoping that we wouldn't notice. Also, the marble top that was placed on top of a ledge was not leveled whatsoever so that had to be redone not once, not twice, but three times. What we thought was going to be a 3 day job ended up being a week job because so much detail was overlooked. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. I would not recommend them to redo your tile, unless you want added stress in your life. Cons: Quality of work more
