Review content:
After being sold on not having to 'supervise' the tile work done in the master bathroom, much supervision was needed for the quality of work. There was a cracked tile that they put down. Rather than replacing it, they just grouted the tile hoping that we wouldn't notice. Also, the marble top that was placed on top of a ledge was not leveled whatsoever so that had to be redone not once, not twice, but three times. What we thought was going to be a 3 day job ended up being a week job because so much detail was overlooked. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. I would not recommend them to redo your tile, unless you want added stress in your life.
