Best Sports Bar Around Houston 4/13/2007

I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings on Westheimer up to 3 or 4 times a week. I love the atmosphere, the staff, the BIG Beers and the best Wings around (with the best sauce options). The waitstaff is on the ball, and always very friendly. Unfortunately some of my favorite members recently switched locations which is sad, but there are others who have picked up where they left off. I always ask my friends to join me up there on a Friday night, and ALWAYS have the best time. I prefer the big round tables because you can have a great seat to see any TV in the joint. It helps that the Bar Manager is a huge Cardinal fan as well because I am just as big of a fan, and I can always count on the games being on when I go in there. They always shut the jukebox down when the main event or game is on so that the music doesn't interfere with those who are there to watch. We appreciate that because some bars have slow Roxette playing in the background during the big game. I won't spill the beans on who that is (FOX Sports) We are always taken care...for instance if we come in and the place is packed they will alert us of a table about to leave, so we can get a great seat. Not to mention the NTN game. I love Hold 'em, even if everyone else playing has the ""all-in"" itch all the time. As far as the bathrooms.... They are always clean, and people are constantly checking on them. The only bad experience I've had is when certain ""squatting"" females don't wipe the seat off once they are done. also...just a heads up to the previous gal's review...the 2nd stall is the only one that gets a bit tricky to flush...you just have to hold it down. I'm a huge fan, and always have a good time. It's my bar of choice for many reasons, and I'll continue going there for years to come. Pros: Staff, The TVs are plentiful with every game on, lots of parking, BIG beers, Great shots (try the snow cone), doesn't break the bank Cons: don't park in the back more

smoke city 5/5/2006

BWW has smoke eating machines which they refuse to turn on. they also allow pipes and cigars, so any where you are sitting in the restaurant will smell to high heaven. Sometime the bathrooms work, sometimes they don't (i'm female - that matters to me!) the consistency of the food changes from week to week, and the beer is not cold. also look to make sure you aren't overcharged Pros: waiters Cons: smoke, food, bathroom more
