BWW has smoke eating machines which they refuse to turn on. they also allow pipes and cigars, so any where you are sitting in the restaurant will smell to high heaven. Sometime the bathrooms work, sometimes they don't (i'm female - that matters to me!)
the consistency of the food changes from week to week, and the beer is not cold. also look to make sure you aren't overcharged
