Brake Stop

Just got the brakes inspected on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos told me my front brakes were fine but showed me the issues with my rear brakes and laid out two repair options. This shop is 100% honest which was both a huge surprise as well as a relief for me as I am new to this area of the city. Carlos is the complete opposite of the shady, sleazy auto mechanic we all have run into. I will be taking my Jeep here for all repairs/maintenance as I trust them 100%. They did a test drive on the Jeep when they were done and I now stop on a dime!! more

I realized my state inspection ends this month with only two days left. Did my research and found a brake shop near my employment. Pulled in the driveway and was almost sent away because it was lunch time. Carlos followed me out and told me he would be able to get it done right away and ushered me into the cool indoors. The lobby had magazines a gil would be interested in, so I flipped through the pages of vogue while Carlos took care of the inspection. I have a regular mechanic, but he is always busy so I didn't want to take a chance not being able to get the inspection done in time and get to work. I have used Brake Stop for about ten years. They have installed brakes on all my cars. I was satisified with their work and have had no problems with any repairs. I use them for all my brake and inspection needs for my families cars. We can drop off our cars on the way to work and pick up our cars on the way home. That way we are not stuck waiting at the shop and they give us a price before they start and call if a there is more or less needed on the car. I highly recommend them! Pros: Great to work with more

Been using them for several years to service my Lexus. They are very courtious and honest. Recently I went in to get brakes replaced on Lexus - it would have cost me over $1000.00 at dealership or other place. $350.00 with no B.S. that rotors need to be replaced or the other B.S. some places will make up. They are busy because they are credible. Nice job guys. more
