I spent nearly $2000 in repairs over several years. I caught them lying to me on more than one occasion (charging for pricey fluids that were bottom of the line quality). Shame on...

Very good reputation 12/15/2009

My husband and I have been doing business with this shop for years. They have always fixed our car issues and the pricing we felt was very reasonable. They do quality work and we plan to continue to take our car to this shop. Not to mention they will pick you up at your house and take you back to their shop when your car is ready. more

Good care for your German Car Costs Money 9/9/2009

I've done business with these guys in the past with much satisfaction. Far better than Furin on Tennessee Street. They are honest and will tell you when you can let a repair slide without it causing more expensive repairs. They kept my 89 VW Fox running well into the 200K mile club. The only shop I've ever been better taken care of is at Bimmerhaus in Broomfield,CO. more

I spent nearly $2000 in repairs over several years. I caught them lying to me on more than one occasion (charging for pricey fluids that were bottom of the line quality). Shame on me for going back. They define crooked auto mechanic. The final straw was the $83 dollar oil change for by VW Beetle and a $40 labor charge to install a front headlight. Excuse me, but didn't I take my foreign car to them because they specialize in these things? Of course it didn't take them a half hour to install the part I provided, but when it takes less time than actual, they pull out some book and say it's legit. They will up charge every part they put in your car and get some fancy part you never needed without asking you (come to find out some special flow oil filter cost me $9). On top of it all, they act like they are doing me some sort of favor by installing the light. I should have just stuck with Tires Plus where they would have done the oil change, rotated the tires, and installed the light all for $20 bucks. Sure I might have to check that the oil cap is on before I leave the parking lot, but at least they will admit when they make a mistake and compensate me for the loss.dollar oil change for by VW Beetle and a $40 labor charge to install a front headlight. A decent repair shop 8/15/2005

I took in an old Mercedes to this shop with a laundry list of problems to get an estimate on repair. It took almost 2 weeks to get my appointment, but I figured that was a good sign. They provided transportation for me after dropping it off and promised it by the afternoon. They were honest about things, but maybe a bit too honest. When I was speaking with the owner on the phone, he proceeded to list off all the problems and eventually just said something along the lines of, "this car has alot of problems and it really just isn't worth it to get them fixed". While it may have been the truth, I felt it was his way of saying I looked at it, saw some things, and then decided it wasn't worth further investigating. Either way, the shop was mostly courteous and did give me some advice on what to do next. The estimate did cost $75, but based on the number of customers, I would guess they must do a pretty decent job. more
