Agents were very professional and helpful. They made me feel like I was the only client they had or at least the only one that really mattered and had no problems working around my schedule, even on nights and weekends. They had no problems closing in 2 weeks either and did a great job on the paperwork.

This apartment complex has a great location (Chapel and Pensacola - near Doak Campbell). The apartments were rennovated last year and they now have nice faux stone tile flooring in the kitchen and living areas. The apartments are spacious (for the rent and location). The tennants are generally very friendly and outgoing. Being pet friendly, there are a lot of puppies running around. Sometimes the complex turns into a party-plex with kegs by the pool and loud music. If that's not your chosen environment this might not be the right place for you. I couldn't live there now, it simply is too noisy...but I made a lot of great friends and had a lot of good times at the Terrace.

I lived in Londontown a few years ago, so things could have changed. But while I was living there, they were in the process of rennovating the apartments in this large complex. I happened to get the first completely remodeled unit, and I loved it. My neighbor's was in great shape before the rennovations. This tells me that they were very good at doing maintenance on an annual basis, rather than waiting for things to fall apart to fix them. In fact maintenance was always willing to help immediately, I never had to wait more than a day for them to fix something (it was only a day because the part was not available). The tennants are a mix of young professionals, students, families, and mature individuals. While I was there they offered the ability to get out of your lease with 30 day's notice with a small fee. I have heard that they changed management recently, and this may have changed since. The location is great except for the traffic (which is a fact for many locations in town). There are two pools, Tennis courts, two laundry facilities, and a lot of policemen live in the complex - I never felt unsafe. All in all, I loved living at Londontown...and in retrospect, wish I had stayed another year.

These are relatively good apartments and well kept up but beware there is a lot of noise at all hours of the night and the pool and recreation are can get a little crowded. Definitely a party hangout and parking is a crazy. Dont park anywhere that you are not supposed to be they will tow you in a heartbeat.

That about sums it up....this small complex is in a good location for those who want to live away from the party. I love a party as much as the next girl, but they get old when you have to work in the morning or just don't want to deal with random puke on your car. Indian Ridge is managed by Equity, which also owns a few other small complexes in town. While the location is quiet and the neighbors are nice, the management outright sucks. Maintenance is usually a no-show, even when promised. I've found the only way to get anything done is to threaten to get representation and break lease. Even when they finally fix something, the work is shoddy and apt to break again. I probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that I respect.
